Free Cancellation Rule
Free cancellation is not available within 72 hours before the scheduled service start time. To avoid charges, cancellation requests must be made earlier than 72 hours before the service.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the service may be non-refundable and may be charged in full, depending on the confirmed service, supplier conditions and operational commitments.
Date Change Rule
Date changes are strictly not accepted within the final 24 hours before the scheduled service start time. Requests made earlier are subject to availability and confirmation.
No-Show & Late Arrival
No-shows or significant late arrival by the guest may be treated as same-day cancellation. The service may be shortened or cancelled without refund.
Weather or Operational Changes
If safety, weather, official restrictions or force majeure affect the service, Istanbul Tour may propose a suitable alternative, route adjustment or rescheduling where operationally possible.
