Please read these terms before booking a service with Istanbul Tour.
Scope of Service
Istanbul Tour provides private guided tours, Bosphorus yacht cruises, airport transfers, chauffeur services and custom travel arrangements in Istanbul. Service details, availability and final pricing are confirmed before booking.
Booking & Payment
A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation from Istanbul Tour and, where applicable, receipt of the required deposit or full payment. Prices may vary by season, availability, group size, vehicle/yacht class and requested extras.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is not available within 72 hours before the scheduled service start time. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before service may be charged in full.
Date Changes
Date changes are strictly not accepted within the final 24 hours before the scheduled service start time. Earlier change requests are subject to availability and operational approval.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must provide accurate contact details, hotel/address information, flight or cruise data where relevant, and arrive on time. Delays caused by incorrect information or late arrival may shorten the service and may not be refundable.
Weather & Safety
Tours, yacht cruises and transfers may be adjusted for safety, weather, traffic, official closures or force majeure. Istanbul Tour may offer a safe alternative where possible.
Important Booking Notice
